ElectroCraze UBEC 5A

The ElectroCraze UBEC 5A is the high-current variant for demanding RC and robotics applications that need more servo power. It steps your LiPo battery voltage (8V–48V input) down to a regulated 5V or 7.4V at up to 5A continuous, which suits multi-servo setups, large RC aircraft, heavy hexacopters and advanced robotic platforms.

The switch-mode design minimises heat and maximises runtime. Built-in overcurrent, short-circuit and overheat protection keep your downstream devices safe, and a green LED confirms the UBEC is powered on.

Output Voltage Selection:- 

The default output is 5V. Solder the 7.4V PCB pad to switch the output to 7.4V. Check your receiver, servo or flight controller's voltage rating before choosing 7.4V.

ON / OFF Control (CTL Pad):- 

Wiring:- 

• Input: Vin → Battery (+), G → Battery (−)
• Output: 5V or 7.4V → Load (+), G → Load ground (−)
• CTL: leave open or at 0V for ON, apply 8V–48V for OFF
