We offer the following shipping methods:
– Standard Shipping
– Overnight Shipping (applicable for Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Ahmedabad and cities which are less than 400km away from our office location). - Overnight ShippingPlease note that for overnight shipping, we use bus transport services. Customers will need to visit the respective bus office in their city to collect their package. This ensures a fast and reliable delivery experience.* The address of the bus office location will be given by sales executive of Technobotix PVT LTD (Contact No.: +91 7304482727).
- Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed on Sundays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. - Shipping Rates and Delivery EstimatesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:– Standard Shipping: 3 to 4 business days– Overnight Shipping: 1 business dayPlease note that the timely delivery of your order is entirely the responsibility of the courier or bus company and not Technobotix PVT LTD.
- Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within Indian subcontinent. - Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your order through our carrier’s website.
Replacement & Cancellation Policy
- No Return or Refund
- We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders unless we are unable to provide a suitable replacement for your damaged or incorrect item.
- However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a replacement as outlined below.
- Replacement for Wrong or Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that is either incorrect or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item. If the replacement is approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days. Please also include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and both photo and video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Shipping Charges for Replacement
- Technobotix will cover all shipping charges for the replacement of wrong or damaged items.
- Detailed instructions for the return of the incorrect or damaged product will be provided once your replacement request is approved.
- Damage Due to User Fault
- If the product is damaged due to user fault, no replacement will be provided.
- User-caused damage includes, but is not limited to, improper use, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, and neglect.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can cancel their order(s) only before the packing process begins. Once the order is packed, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
