ElectroCraze UBEC 3A

The ElectroCraze UBEC 3A is a high-efficiency switch-mode BEC (Battery Elimination Circuit) for RC and robotics applications. It converts your LiPo battery voltage (5V–28V input) into a stable 5V or 7.4V output, safely powering receivers, servos, flight controllers and FPV equipment.

With 3A continuous output, it is an ideal drop-in for OPTO ESC setups that do not supply receiver power. Built-in overcurrent, short-circuit and overheat protection keep your downstream devices safe, and a green LED confirms the UBEC is powered on.

Key Features:- 

• Efficient DC-DC regulation: high conversion efficiency from the switch-mode design
• Adjustable output voltage: select 5.0V or 7.4V by soldering a PCB pad
• ON/OFF control: switch the output remotely through the CTL pad

Output Voltage Selection:- 

The default output is 5V. Solder the 7.4V PCB pad to switch the output to 7.4V. Check your receiver, servo or flight controller's voltage rating before choosing 7.4V.

ON / OFF Control (CTL Pad):- 

Wiring:- 

• Input: Vin → Battery (+), G → Battery (−)
• Output: 5V or 7.4V → Load (+), G → Load ground (−)
• CTL: leave open or at 0V for ON, apply 3V–28V for OFF
