The Driveasy Grab Master (Pick and Place Kit Advanced) is designed for precision and durability in various applications. It features a robust 330 RPM geared motor that ensures reliable performance.
Additionally, the frame is constructed from high-grade Aluminum 6061, providing both strength and lightweight properties. Equipped with 4-inch polypropylene wheels, each with a thickness of 25.4 mm, the kit offers excellent stability and maneuverability. The bushing and adapter materials are made of precision aluminum, contributing to the overall durability of the system.
Furthermore, the drive configuration is a 4-wheel drive system, powered by a high-quality DC brushed motor. The hardware includes HT Allen bolts for secure assembly. Operating within a voltage range of 12V to 18V, the Driveasy Grab Master maintains an output shaft speed of 270 RPM.
Moreover, with dimensions of 300 mm in length, 300 mm in width, and 101 mm in height, it has a weight of 3.00 kg, making it a compact and efficient solution for advanced pick-and-place tasks.
